Refund policy

Return Policy

In-store:

• The original sales receipt MUST accompany all returns—no exceptions.
• Eligible refunds will be returned to the original method of payment (credit card, debit card, cash). Purchases made with a gift card or store credit will be refunded as store credit.
• Advertised or posted sales will not be applied to products outside of sales dates—no exceptions.
• A&M Sod Supply reserves the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of merchandise.
• Products for delivery are subject to additional delivery charges and fees.

Seed:

• Seed can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of the purchase date, accompanied by a receipt. Items and packaging must be in their original state and deemed resalable by A&M Sod Supply.

Non-returnable Items:

• No returns or refunds on chemicals or fertilizers.
• Sod is a perishable item and cannot be returned. If damaged upon receipt, contact A&M Sod Supply within 24 hours.
